Cinnamon Roll Recipe Ingredients

MAIN MATERIALS

Half a cup butter,melted

2 cups milk,warm

Half a cup sugar

1 tsp dry yeast

5 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

Half a teaspoon salt

FOR FILLING

3 Tbsp butter, at room temperature

1 cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp cinnamon powder

FOR ON [GLAZE]

1 cup cream cheese

1 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp milk

1 tsp vanillin

1 cup icing sugar

HOW TO MAKE CİNNAMON BUNS I

In a bowl, beat the milk, melted butter, sugar and yeast well. Set aside to rest. Add the flour to another bowl and add your mixture and stir until thick. Let the mixture you have prepared rest to ferment for 1 hour. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt. Then add it to the yeast dough you have prepared... Knead the dough you have taken to the counter until it is thick enough not to stick. Flour the dough and with the help of a roller unfold it in a rectangular shape with a thickness of 1 cm. Spread the butter at room temperature over the dough. After feeding the brown sugar, sprinkle the powdered cinnamon. Wrap the dough in rolls and cut it into 8 pieces. Lay it in the baking dish you greased by pressing lightly on the pieces you cut and ferment it by wrapping cling film on it for another 30 minutes, at the end of this process, bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven you have preheated at 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix the icing sugar, vanillin, milk and butter, then add the cream cheese and beat until smooth again. Serve the resulting sauce by drizzling it over the cinnamon buns you have taken to the plate.
