Carrot Cinnamon Cake Recipe


I love to use winter vegetables in the winter season, let's make carrot cake using carrots in season, the smell of plenty of cinnamon and plenty of walnuts has already started to come to our noses, let's start examining the ingredients immediately.


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 piece of baking soda
  • 3 medium grated carrots
  • 1 cup of coarse walnuts
  • 2 cups flour

How to make Carrot Cinnamon Cake ?

First of all we beat our eggs at room temperature (it should be at room temperature) and sugar for about 5 minutes until they foam. Then we add the oil and beat a little more,
After sieving our flour we add our baking soda to it and beat it again, finally we add our grated carrot and cinnamon and mix it well with the spoon. We pour our mixture into our cake mold that we have greased beautifully.
We leave it to cook in the oven at 180 degrees. After the baked cake has cooled, we remove it from the mold and serve it by slicing.
